Bridges stroke self-management open workshop

We are delighted to announce that we will be holding another ‘Bridges stroke self-management’ open workshop. The workshops are held over two days (day 1- initial and day 2- follow-up).

Research

Research on stroke self-management is at a very early stage. But in the UK National Clinical Guidelines published in December 2008, there is now a guideline to support self-efficacy training, and active problem solving and goal setting post stroke.
